In my opinion, the dominant body style for both sexes in Second Life aligns more with what the poll reports men see as "perfect," rather than what women see as "perfect". It's also fair to say that many women choose to not align themselves to the anybody's perception of the perfect female, but these tend to be the exception that proves the rule.
